Attention Coaches, Players, and Members – Spring 2026 SSSA Season
Games will be held on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Route 66 Park in Arcadia, Oklahoma.
Opening Day will be March 22, 2026.
Player fee: $90 per rostered player
Non-player fee (anyone in the dugout that is not a player): $25
Roster limit: Up to 15 individuals per team
After the season begins, any newly added players must complete registration at least one (1) week prior to their first scheduled game. Players may be added to a team roster up until the official roster lock, which occurs at the conclusion of the fourth week of play.
Individual waiver forms will not be required to be printed or signed. During online registration, participants will acknowledge all required waivers and agreements by selecting the appropriate checkbox.
However, the team waiver must be completed and kept current. If additional players are added during the season, an updated team waiver will be required before the player(s) are permitted on the field.
Coaches are required to submit the following to the SSSA Secretary:
Team fee check ($90 per rostered player or $25 per non-player)
Forfeiture fee of $130
Team rosters will be officially locked at 12:00 AM (midnight) on the Saturday prior to the fourth week of play.
